Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between the Gold&Rouge Online Store and visitors who wish to make a purchase through the brand’s website www.goldandrouge.com, hereafter referred to as “user.”
In the event of any omission of a condition, it will be governed by the customary practices in the distance selling sector in accordance with the Code of Ethics and Fair Practices of AMD – Portuguese Direct Marketing Association.

These conditions aim to define the Terms and Conditions established between Gold&Rouge and the user, including access to the website, placing an order, payment methods, and delivery conditions for the products.
Gold&Rouge reserves the right to unilaterally modify, at any time and without prior notice, the presentation and layout of the website, the product catalogue, and the conditions required to access and/or use the website.
Access to the Gold&Rouge online store is free of charge and does not require prior subscription or user registration.

ONLINE PURCHASE PROCESS AND DELIVERY TIME
Placing an Online Order
The user can place an order by selecting the desired products and following the steps described to successfully complete the purchase.
Placing an order implies that the customer has read and accepted the general terms and conditions of use of the website. The data recorded in the Gold&Rouge Online Store constitutes proof of all transactions between Gold&Rouge and the customer.
Gold&Rouge reserves the right to change any product description, image, or other information in the online store catalogue without prior notice.
Product Availability
Gold&Rouge will fulfil online orders only up to the available stock limit and commits to delivering the ordered items as quickly as possible, within a maximum of 15 working days, depending on the customer’s location.
If a product is unavailable, Gold&Rouge will inform the user as soon as possible.
Prices
All prices listed in the Gold&Rouge Online Store catalogue include VAT at the legal rate in force under Portuguese law.
Prices may be changed without prior notice.
Discount coupons applied to returned products cannot be reused unless otherwise indicated, as our coupons are generally for single use per customer.
Shipping costs are borne by the customer and are calculated based on product weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
Shipping Costs
For customers in mainland Portugal, shipping is free for orders over €150. For other locations, shipping costs are calculated based on product weight, destination, and chosen shipping method. The total shipping cost is displayed in the shopping cart before final order confirmation.
Payment Methods
The Gold&Rouge Online Store offers the following payment options: PayPal, credit card, MbWay, and Multibanco.
After receiving the order details, the user has 48 hours to make the payment. If not completed within this period, the order will be cancelled.
For Multibanco payments, you will receive an email with the details to complete the payment at a Multibanco ATM or via Homebanking.
Order Cancellation Before Delivery
You may cancel any order that has not yet been shipped. To cancel, contact us by email to request the cancellation. Our Customer Service team will handle the cancellation with our warehouse. If successful, you will receive a confirmation email and the cancellation is free of charge. If cancellation is not possible, the products will be delivered, and you must refuse delivery. Returned products will be refunded.
Deliveries
Orders will only be shipped after stock confirmation and payment. Products are dispatched within 5 to 15 working days.
